Kelly Clarkson was an American singer/songwriter that became the sweetheart of America after she was crowned American Idol in the first series. Not only was the victory that brought Kelly Clarkson into the limelight and fortune, but it also secured her an agreement to RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for a number of albums. Since then, she's recorded numerous studio albums, three of that reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart, while her other albums barely missed the coveted spot. Her name is one of the most popular artists who made it through American Idol. In the course of her career and she started to experiment in new styles and themes of music. Sometimes, she co-wrote songs to express her emotions. Her individuality and her singing ability earned her critical acclaim along with a host of important awards. One of her most memorable achievements was that she received 3 Grammy awards. Her music career is not the only thing she does. She also appears in movies and television programs. She also co-wrote the children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has been involved with various charitable organizations.
